You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. rg99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. You must notify the rg99 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.
All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be complete, accurate, and up to date. rg99 uses a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify member identities for security and compliance purposes. You must provide valid identification documents upon request, including a copy of your ID, bank statement, or other relevant documents.

All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, as an added security measure. rg99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits or are deemed to require further review.
Rg99 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or financial service provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond rg99's control. You are advised to review your bank's terms of service before making any transactions.
All bonuses and promotions offered by rg99 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between specific bonus terms and this general Terms and Conditions document, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Bonuses received by members are generally subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before wins can be withdrawn. The exact rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each relevant promotion page. Attempts to withdraw a bonus before meeting the rollover requirement will result in cancellation of that bonus.

Any account suspected of involvement in bonus abuse may be suspended immediately and all related wins may be voided.

All games on the rg99 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent testing bodies. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed once settled, unless there is clear evidence of a verified technical failure confirmed by rg99.
In the event of a technical disruption or connection failure during an active gaming session, rg99 will endeavor to restore the session to its last recorded state. In situations where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be returned to your account balance. The final decision in such cases is at rg99's sole discretion and is binding.
Each game has clearly defined minimum and maximum betting limits displayed within the game interface. VIP members may be eligible for higher betting limits based on their membership tier. rg99 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rg99 platform and may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable:
You may close your rg99 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via live chat. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible balances and outstanding wins will be settled in accordance with the applicable withdrawal terms. rg99 may require up to 14 business days to fully process an account closure request.
Rg99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, a self-exclusion request, or for any other reason deemed necessary by management. In cases of termination due to fraud or serious violations, rg99 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and wins in the account concerned.
Members who wish to take a break from betting may request a temporary self-exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion through customer support. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be fully restricted and you will not receive any promotional communications from rg99.
The rg99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, rg99 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose or freedom from errors.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from this document without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
